Open Houses

Let me handle the open houses, as well as the marketing and time required. Also, it can be somewhat uncomfortable for potential buyers when the owners are present during a showing. It is my job to answer their questions and to manage buyer expectations. In order to show your house off in the best possible light I will offer tips and tricks on how to attract buyers. My open houses can help the sale of your home by:
Saving time- I can show multiple potential buyers during a pre-set time frame
Increase action- although a large percentage of potential buyers view and browse homes online, giving them the option to view a property in person can help seal a deal
Grab attention of potential who may have not seen your listing otherwise
